Terms and Conditions

Your credit card details are requested at the time of booking and are used to guarantee your booking, however payment is not processed unless you fail to turn up for your confirmed tour or if you cancel within 7 days of the tour date.

Payment for tours can be made by cash or credit card to your chauffeur on the day of travel. Bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 7 days before departure without penalty.

Cancellation within 7 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Bookings made with gift voucher cannot be extended beyond the expiry date of the voucher. Cancellation will result in the voucher being cancelled with no refund.

Should Rye Rollers be forced to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances the booking will be transferred to another date of your choice.

Rye Rollers reserve the right to change or cancel a tour or substitute vehicles due to circumstances beyond their control.

No liability shall be accepted due to injury or property damage or any loss or other expenses arising from the services provided.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol or food is not permitted in the Rolls Royce. Any person failing to adhere to this will not be permitted to continue the tour.
